2. Account Registration and Personal Information

Each player may register only one individual account at mk999. Opening more than one account using the same personal details, payment method, or IP address is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of this agreement.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. mk999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and close any account opened with false information, retaining all funds in that account.
2.3 Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials secure. Players are fully responsible for all activities carried out under their account.

2.4 Account Registration Restrictions

3。 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
mk999 accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The bank or payment account used for deposits must be registered in the player's own name.

3.4 Financial Audit Requests
mk999 reserves the right to review players' deposit and withdrawal records. If there is suspicion of financial irregularities or money laundering, the account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.
4。 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
mk999 offers a 200% bonus — up to 300,000 Ks on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount must be met.
Example 2: Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 620,000 Ks. A wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks must be met before withdrawal.
4.2 General Bonus Terms

- If a player attempts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse), mk999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and void any associated winnings.
- Real money funds will be used before bonus funds when making withdrawals.
- Wagering requirements must be completed using bonus funds only, not real money funds.
- Wagering on games restricted by mk999 will not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
4.3 Promotion Changes
mk999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice. Players must check the current terms and conditions at the time of claiming a bonus.
5。 Gameplay Rules
5.1 Game Conduct
All games on the mk999 platform — Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, Slots, fish shooting games, Crash Games — must be played fairly. Predicting game outcomes in advance, using bot tools, or exploiting software glitches is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Disconnections During Play
If a disconnection occurs during gameplay, the record on mk999's server is treated as the authoritative record. mk999 is not responsible for any funds lost due to connection issues.
5.3 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are a violation of these terms and conditions and may result in immediate account closure by mk999—
- Depositing with counterfeit or stolen funds
- Using gambling-related software tools (automation tools, scripts)
- Harassing or threatening service providers, staff, or other players
- Attempting bonus fraud
- Attempting to use this platform for money laundering
6. VIP Level and Referral Program
6.1 VIP Cashback
mk999's VIP program has 3 levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—
- Bronze — up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 1.0% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 1.5% cashback per week
VIP level progression depends on a player's gaming activity and betting consistency. Cashback is paid out once a week.
6.2 Refer a Friend
Under mk999's referral program—
- The referrer receives 10% of their friend's first deposit as a bonus (maximum 10,000 Ks per friend)
- The referrer also receives 0.2% of their referred friends' weekly valid bets as a weekly commission
- Fake referrals or attempts to refer yourself are a violation of these terms and conditions
7. Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can contact [email protected]. At the time of closure, any remaining balance that meets the wagering requirements will be paid out.
7.2 Closure by mk999
If a breach of these terms and conditions or any illegal activity is found, mk999 may immediately suspend or close an account with or without prior notice. At the time of such closure, bonuses and any winnings that have not met the wagering requirements may be forfeited.
7.3 Financial Transactions After Suspension
After an account is closed, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned via the designated withdrawal method within 1 hour.
8. Limitation of Liability and Legal Matters
8.1 Player's Own Decision
Players on the mk999 platform acknowledge that they are depositing and playing of their own free will, and confirm that they accept the risk of losses related to gambling. mk999 is not responsible for any funds lost by players.
8.2 Technical Issues
For losses caused by server disconnections, software errors, or connectivity issues on the player's end, mk999's liability is limited to the amount deposited by the player (excluding bonuses).
8.3 Third-Party Services
mk999 cannot be held responsible for service issues or delays caused by payment service providers (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay).
8.4 Translation
In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions of these terms and conditions, the Burmese version shall take precedence.
