mk999 Questions — Everything You Want to Know

When you open an account at mk999 and make your first deposit, the welcome bonus is added automatically. You receive 200% of your deposit amount as a bonus, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you get a bonus of 40,000 Ks and can play with a total of 60,000 Ks. If the bonus does not appear after your deposit, please contact the support team.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. At mk999, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. For example — if you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, you need to place a total of 40,000 × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks in bets before you can withdraw winnings earned from that bonus. Note that you are not withdrawing the bonus itself — only the winnings generated from it.

You can contribute to the wagering requirement by playing slots, live casino (including Baccarat and Roulette), football, and crash games, among other listed games. However, the contribution rate may vary by game type, so contact the support team if you need exact figures. You can also log in to your mk999 account to view the contribution rate for each game.

Under the mk999 Referral Program, for each friend you refer you receive 10% of their first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks per person. On top of that, you continue to earn 0.2% of your referred friends' valid bets as a weekly commission. There is no minimum threshold to join — as long as you have an mk999 account, you can start right away.

Bonuses can expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the set time period. Once you receive a bonus, you should play through it as soon as possible. For details on the time limit, check the terms page or contact the mk999 support team. You can also ask the support team about any remaining bonus balance if you are unsure when it expires.

Live betting is a service that lets you place bets while a match is in progress, using live odds, rather than only before kick-off. At mk999, during a live football match you can choose from various markets related to the score, goalscorer, and match flow. Odds change quickly during the match, so you need to make decisions fast.

Football betting results are settled based on what happens within the standard 90-minute playing time, including stoppage time. If a match is cancelled or postponed, it will be handled according to the policy for that match, and any affected bets will be refunded. The support team is available 24 hours MMT if you have any questions.

Please note that winnings from your own deposited funds can be withdrawn without this restriction.
